From 20th to 24th October 2025, the quiet streets of Bromley in South East London became the creative heart of an extraordinary short film — Out of the Blue. Over four intense and inspiring days, our cast and crew came together to bring this emotionally charged story to life, transforming a local setting into a world of cinematic intimacy and human truth.
At its core, Out of the Blue explores the subtle echoes of childhood trauma through the eyes of a young girl on a film set — a poetic reflection on memory, vulnerability, and rediscovery. Yet what truly made this project special wasn’t just the story itself, but the people who came together to tell it.

The team behind Out of the Blue represents a truly international collaboration — filmmakers, actors, and creatives from across the globe, each contributing their unique cultural lens and artistic energy. What united them was a shared belief in storytelling as a form of healing and connection.
The atmosphere on set was a blend of passion, professionalism, and creativity. Despite the long hours and tight schedule, there was an unmistakable sense of purpose — a collective understanding that everyone was part of something deeply meaningful. Ideas flowed freely, collaboration came naturally, and every department — from camera to sound, from art design to performance — worked in harmony to create something far greater than the sum of its parts.
As we move into post-production, Out of the Blue continues to reflect the spirit that made it possible: collaboration, courage, and compassion. We are currently raising funds to complete the post-production process and to take the film to international festivals, where we hope its message will resonate with audiences worldwide.
By supporting this project, you’re not just helping a film get finished — you’re becoming part of a global creative journey that celebrates the power of teamwork and the beauty of storytelling.
Stay tuned for updates, behind-the-scenes insights, and news about upcoming screenings. Out of the Blue is more than a film — it’s a shared vision brought to life by artists from around the world, united in the heart of Bromley.
