Our Patrons
Lynwood Shiva Sawyer
Lynwood Shiva Sawyer grew up immersed in the Southern oral tradition, spending countless verandah evenings surrounded by cicadas and (often embellished) family stories. Encouraged by Adi S. Irani — brother of Meher Baba — to pursue writing rather than organic chemistry, he embarked on a singular creative path shaped by an eclectic circle of mentors. His influences range from Hollywood studio writers, who once remarked that he had a gestichtekopf (“a story mind”), to members of the Viennese diaspora, Tromaites, blacklisted Leftists, and veteran law-enforcement officers.
Sawyer’s work reflects a deep fascination with people — their luminous and darker edges — and with narrative arcs driven by unexpected twists. He writes with a strong instinct for character, always mindful of the performers, directors, and audiences who bring stories to life.
His adaptability and collaborative nature have served him well across a diverse body of work. His writing credits include “The Tattered Rose”, published as Ellery Queen’s Mystery Magazine’s 500th First Mystery; Space Avenger, directed by Troma cult filmmaker Richard W. Haines — the final true three-strip dye-transfer Technicolor film produced in the West, starring Gina Mastrogiacomo; and Spy, directed by James MacPherson and Alex Klymko, featuring Frank Vincent and Vinnie Pastore. He also wrote In the Park (dir. Marianna Dean), winner of Best Comedy/Dramedy Short at the 2017 LA Independent Film Festival.
Most recently, Sawyer penned The Country Gentlewoman, a bold mash-up of Jane Austen, Nigella Lawson, and Saw — directed by Winchester University’s Hope Lines and her team of talented collaborators.
Across genres and formats, Lynwood Shiva Sawyer continues to craft stories that intrigue, unsettle, and resonate, drawing on a lifetime of unique encounters and an enduring love of the written word.
Fabio Tedde
Fabio Tedde, widely recognized as “The Pianist Without Borders,” is an Italian-born pianist and composer currently based in London. Hailing from Sardinia, Fabio has established a unique global presence by performing on an astonishing 1,136 public pianos to date—from bustling city squares and train stations to quiet parks and public spaces—delivering his spontaneous, soulful piano style to diverse audiences worldwide.
Shunning a strictly classical education, Fabio is self-taught. Influenced early on by his father, a respected pianist and composer, he moved beyond traditional lessons to cultivate his own deeply expressive style, which seamlessly blends improvisation, original composition, and engaging street performance.
Although he is a regular performer at five-star hotels and private events across London, Fabio’s passion is rooted in the purity of bare-bones performance: resting his hands on any available public piano and sharing music freely with passersby.
He views music as a universal language that effortlessly transcends borders, unites communities, and restores a powerful sense of shared humanity.
Beyond his solo performances, Fabio has collaborated with various artists and actively participated in socially conscious music and art initiatives. For him, music is far more than mere performance—it is a vital form of connection, freedom, and hope.
Wherever his journey takes him—whether it is an elegant venue near Hyde Park or a weathered street piano in a distant city—Fabio Tedde remains committed to bringing music directly to the people, freely and without borders. Visit Website
Eric Harvey
Eric Harvey spent more than 25 years working in the security industry, where he grew tired of constantly warning people and dealing with the resistance that followed. Seeking a change, he chose a different path, one focused on bringing joy to others. This decision marked the beginning of his journey as a faceless clown, performing without traditional face makeup.
At the time, Eric was living in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, and approached the owner of the local pier to enquire about work. He was pleased to secure employment there, which became his entry point into the entertainment industry. This led to further opportunities at venues such as Lakeside and Bluewater shopping centres.
Eric later took part in several photo shoots, where he was described as having an “interesting face”. Through the right agency, this resulted in a steady flow of work, and he has not looked back since.
Eric often shares his experience to encourage others to persevere, reminding them never to give up on their dreams, to keep trying, and to seek advice from those already established in their chosen field.
